Our drop-in programs are designed to meet the interests and needs of all ages and fitness levels. We offer a wide variety of different drop-in programs tailored specifically to suit our communities needs. The programs are first-come, first-serve, so booking in advance is important. PICKLEBALL-QUEEN CHARLOTTE

"The fastest growing sport in North America". Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis, with a few modifications.

Custom Hockey is a stick and ball game played indoors, usually in the style of Ice Hockey, and played on flat floor surfaces, such as a gymnasium or a basketball court. As in other Hockey codes, players on each team attempt to shoot a ball or puck into a goal using sticks, usually with a curved end.

FAMILY SPORTS NIGHT-QUEEN CHARLOTTE

Tuesdays from 6-8 pm, join us for family sports night at the GKNSS gym. These sessions feature open gym time as well as some skills guidance in selected sports and games. Kids from pre-school to pre-teen are welcome. Parent or delegated guardian required for kids under 10 years of age. See you at the Charlotte High School gym!
