Loading Events

Ashley’s Fitness Bootcamp provides a mixture of exercises and cardiovascular training, that will work the heart and lungs and give almost every muscle in your body a workout. This class is suitable for novice exercisers and fitness enthusiasts alike, because individuals will be allowed to work at their own personal level and intensity. Some sessions will also be specifically designed to introduce people to the boot camp concept.

Monday:  Morning Class 6:00 am to 7:00 am/Evening Class 5:30 pm-6:30 pm
Wednesday: Morning Class 6:00 am to 7:00 am/Evening Class 5:30 pm-6:30 pm
Friday: Morning Class 6:00 am to 7:00 am/Evening Class 5:30 pm-6:30 pm

$90 for  2 sessions per week only

Drop-in rate: $15.00
