Seniors Gentle Yoga and Stretch – Specifically tailored for people with mobility concerns, accident, injury or surgery recovery. This one hour class will help you regain strength and gently stretch out those tight muscles. We use all sorts of props to support you throughout the 6 week program and you’ll learn exercises you can continue at home. This is suitable for any age and any ability. Feel safe and supported in a warm Hatha Yoga based environment.

Heather Kolankowski – RYT-200 Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, UMTC, PADI Rescue Diver.
Heather has taught Yoga in Alberta, Manitoba, British Columbia and Mexico. She is the creator of the Ultimate Music Yoga Program for Ultimate Music Theory, founded by Glory St. Germain. Heather has had the honor to study with Suzette O’Byrne, Susi Hately and Yvonne Werkmann. She works with injuries, illness, and surgeries helping clients increase mobility and strength and decrease pain.
Heather, with husband Mike, has managed to raise seven mavericks who masqueraded as innocent children. Currently they have 7 more mischief makers who insist they are Grandchildren. Heather and Mike live on their boat, Cove Quest in Haida Gwaii BC, and explore extensively by land and sea. Their partners in adventure include their Terrier and a German Shepherd with a plastic fixation.
