Surf Fit is a dry-land surf cross training program.  Over the course of 10 sessions, participants will focus on sport specific elements of surfing:  stamina, strength, balance, flexibility, explosive power, and breath work. 

This class is open to all levels of surfers, ages 16+.

DATE(S): January 14th to February 13th , 2019 (5 weeks, 10 sessions)

DAY(S): Monday and Wednesday

TIME(S): 5:30 – 6:30 PM

LOCATION:  Howard Philips Community Hall



$15.00 drop-in

AGE: 16+

INSTRUCTOR: Genevieve Gay

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 6 registrations for each program are needed by January 10th, 2019 to keep this program sustainable.
