INDOOR SOCCER – MASSET

Indoor soccer or arena soccer (known internationally as indoor football, minifootball, fast football, floorball or showball) is a game derived from association football adapted for play in a walled indoor arena. Drop-in fee of $2.00 paid to the school for use of space & equipment.

Explore the basic building blocks of ballet/contemporary dance forms through creative play.  This program focuses on social emotional development through interactive games using movement vocabulary drawn from contemporary and ballet dance forms.  Little ones develop a sense of autonomy with opportunities to share and express their creative voices.

Children will: *learn fundamental movements such as rolling, jumping, safe landings and more *progress based on their individual skill level and abilities *gain confidence in themselves as well as a better awareness of their moving bodies *play games and explore ciruits while increasing spacial awareness *have a ton of fun

PLEASE NOTE: February 24 - April 27, 2020 (MONDAYS) for 7-9 and 10-12 YR OLD classes & February 19 - April 29, 2020 (WEDNESDAYS) for 10-12 YR OLD & ADULT CLASSES. Discounted tickets for 10-12YR olds registering for Monday & Wednesday classes. Students develop a sense of independence and self-expression while studying contemporary dance vocabulary. Each class is built upon the Limon Technique with a heavy focus on improvisation and creative development using the Five Elements of dance, which make the foundation of all dance forms.

VOLLEYBALL-MASSET

This children's dance program for ages 5 - 6  will include ballet technique, creative movement, and free dance on a proper sprung floor. Students will also be introduced to choreography. The class size is no more than 8 children, with a full hour to move, learn, and grow!

BADMINTON-MASSET

Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" (with one player per side) and "doubles" (with two players per side).

Basketball is a team sport played by two teams of five players on a rectangular court. The objective is to shoot a ball through a hoop 18 inches in diameter and mounted at a height of 10 feet to backboards at each end of the court.
