CARDIO DANCE/SUN STUDIO

September 11 @ 5:30 pm - October 23 @ 6:30 pm

This cardiovascular footwork class is geared towards those who love motivating music and choreography that draws on a variety of dance genres. Get prepared to have fun and sweat off the stresses of your day! Open to all levels, men and women. Bring clean, non-marking shoes (we suggest runners) and a water bottle.

SALSA/SUN STUDIO

September 11 @ 7:00 pm - October 23 @ 8:00 pm

Ever wondered what it would be like to learn salsa and cha cha? Just interested in finding a fun way to stretch your brain and burn off calories? This class teaches you fundamental techniques of leading and following, a number of social dancing moves, as well as some fun footwork - all to great music! Open to men and women of all levels. No partner required!

Aikido for Beginners

October 10 @ 6:30 pm - November 21 @ 7:30 pm

This is an introduction to the Japanese defensive martial art and is a prerequisite for the adult ongoing class. Students will learn essential movements and practice exercises to build strength and flexibility.

RED CROSS BABYSITTERS COURSE-MASSET

October 28 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

This class teaches babysitters and youth working in childcare how to confidently deal with first aid and emergency situations while babysitting.

We teach: the basics of early childhood development; safety procedures; what to expect from a variety of age groups; emergency protocol. Learn a variety of games to play, what “healthy snacks” really are, and have fun!

CAT LEAPS GYMNASTICS, Oct 30th – Nov 3rd

October 30 - November 3

With a focus on fundamental gymnastics positions we will explore our bodies movement through skill development in a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the week.

Kids will jump, roll and leap their way to success (they love going upside down!) while building a foundation in physical literacy.

We work very hard to create a safe environment for children to explore, build confidence and independence as they grow as gymnasts with our nationally certified gymnastics coach.

KIDS KUNG FU INTRODUCTORY COURSE-AGES 8-12

October 30 @ 7:00 pm - December 11 @ 8:00 pm

System is Hung Jong Kuen Pai: Like all Chinese Martial Arts, Hung Jong Kuen Pai basis its forms and techniques on animals. The animals that this style uses are the Dragon (Palm Hand) and Tiger (Close Fist)
