Shito Ryu Karate-SKIDEGATE

Shito Ryu Seiki Kai Karate is classical karate taught in the traditional Okinawan style. Come out and learn self-defense with a certified karate instructor!

Spring Detox: Plants, Food, Lifestyle-QUEEN CHARLOTTE

We are exposed to toxins on a daily basis through our food, water, air, household  and personal care products, furniture and other household items (like carpets, mattresses, paints etc).

Come and learn about food, plants and lifestyle choices that can help you detox this spring.

Ballet and Contemporary Dance Camp-QUEEN CHARLOTTE

July 9 @ 10:00 am - July 13 @ 4:00 pm

This exciting five day summer program will be rooted in daily instruction of Ballet and Contemporary dance technique, supported by drama activities and improvisation exercises. 
Through the week, dancers will explore various dance concepts such as Space, Energy, Level, Pathway, Relationship, Size and Balance. Attendees will also have the opportunity to create their own movement phrases and focus on developing their choreography skills.
This program is designed for movers between the ages of 7-9 with any amount of previous dance experience and will culminate in an in-studio showcase of the week’s work on Friday afternoon.

500 m Swim - Pure Lake
20 km Cycle - from Pure Lake Parking lot to Masset Fire Hall
6 km Run - around Delkatla Wildlife Sanctuary
